Vyasa Analytics Privacy Policy

Vyasa Analytics, LLC (“Vyasa”, “we”, “us”, or “our) is aware of our users’ concerns regarding their privacy as they utilize our software and online resources, and we take your privacy seriously.

This Privacy Policy applies to the vyasa.com website, including the other websites or applications we own and operate (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected offline or otherwise outside of the Platform. This Privacy Policy covers Vyasa’s treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that Vyasa gathers when you access or use the Services. This Privacy Policy does not cover use of information by third parties we do not control.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of the revised Privacy Policy means that you accept and agree to the changes. How Does Vyasa Use Personal Information?

We only use your Personal Information internally to: (i) provide Services to our users and (ii) further develop and improve such Services

Personal Information about our end users is an integral part of our business. We do not rent, sell, or disclose your Personal Information to anyone — except for the following limited purposes:

(i) Agents: We may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf — meaning they are assisting us in providing the Services. Unless we tell you differently, Vyasa’s agents do not have any right to use Personal Information that is shared with them, beyond what is necessary to assist us.

Interactions with Third Party Sites

The Platform may include functionalities that allow certain kinds of interactions between the Platform and your account on a third party website or application. The use of this functionality may involve the third party operator providing certain information, including Personal Information, to us. If we offer and you use this functionality to access the Platform, the third party site or application may send Personal Information about you to the Platform. If so, we will treat it as Personal Information under this Privacy Policy, as we are collecting it as a result of your accessing of and interaction on our Platforms. Conditions of Use

If you decide to access or use the Services, any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and any other applicable written agreement between you and Vyasa, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of California state law.

Request to Delete Personal Information

You have the right to request deletion of your Personal Information by sending an email to hello@vyasa.com. Please note that some information may remain in our records after deletion of your account.

If you no longer wish to receive marketing related emails from us on a moving-forward basis, you may opt-out of receiving these emails by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any marketing email you may receive from us. You may also contact us to unsubscribe via hello@vyasa.com.
